Function: Learning Facilitator

Position Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Learning Facilitator who will be responsible for delivering a competency based programs to youth.

The candidate will report to our Talent Manager and work closely with other teams to set objectives, priorities, implement and monitor program execution.


Primary Responsibilities/Tasks
  1. Deliver engaging and memorable trainings using a variety of instructional techniques or in-house activities, such as presentations, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, and role-playing exercises to help with effective delivery.
  2. Assess learning needs and adapt the facilitation approach to reflect desired learning outcomes and learner needs.
  3. Drive learner development and commitment to continuous learning by actively providing feedback and learner support.
  4. Building trusted relationships and maintaining a learning environment that actively and freely promotes learner engagement and participation.
  5. Continuously collate feedback on the quality of trainings from participants, other instructors and Talent Bridge Managers.

Qualifications
  1. Graduate with at least 3 years work experience
  2. Background experience in dealing directly with customers or management role and at least 1 years of experience training and development (job training, formal classroom instruction, coaching or mentoring).
  3. Experience implementing and evaluating training programs for career coaching and development
  4. An independent, out-of-the-box thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas
  5. Ability to work both independently and within teams

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks
Front-End and Engine Developers

As a Software Developer in a Front-End or Engine role, you’ll be working with our front-end rendering engines and implementing UI of our applications. You’ll push the limits of front end technologies to achieve top-notch graphics at optimal performance, and create a pixel perfect user experience. You will play a key role in integrating and bringing to life high quality assets that are on the leading edge of the industry, and ensure that we come to market with the best possible graphic quality.

Back-End Developers

As a Software Developer in a Back-End role, you'll be responsible for implementing backend systems that support our suite of cross-platform applications. You’ll solve big, complex technical problems and build highly scalable systems and servers that are able to handle tonnes of data

    Qualifications
  1. Background in Software/application development
  2. Dynamic personality, flexibility and ability to interact successfully with customers and colleagues
  3. Experience in client server applications preferred
  4. Strong work ethic and ability to succeed in a team environment
  5. Demonstrate ability to develop Software, run routine Software tests and debugging to resolve errors
  6. Demonstration of mastery in either of the following Programming languages; Python, C, Java, C++, C#, R or HTML 5
  7. Ability to Identify functionalities and information flows to develop components of user interface prototypes, making tweaks to graphical user interfaces.

Qualifications
  1. Background in Digital Marketing/Marketing
  2. Demonstrate ability to produce content for web, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters and other digital platforms
  3. Has experience in interpretation of data outcomes and findings
  4. Solid knowledge in methodologies for market research and analysis, including but are not limited to: Web Analytics, Mobile Analytics, Social Media Analytics and Digital Interaction Analytics.
  5. Proven work in conceptualization of content ideas to meet marketing objectives
  6. Articulate and discuss ideas and persuade others to achieve common outcomes
  7. Demonstrate ability to deliver branding designs and execute branding and public relations campaigns and activities, incorporating customers' perspectives and responses

Function: Project Analyst

Position Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant project Analyst to join our team. She/he will support the project manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project.

The candidate will report to our Projects Manager and work closely with other teams to set objectives, priorities, implement and monitor project execution.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks
  1. Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  2. Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
  3. Establishing key performance indicators and create a regular variance report to help the project manager track the project’s progress compared to the project plan.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the overall project progress.
  5. Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
  6. Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions then notifies project team when project anomalies are discovered
  7. Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking and timelines.
  8. Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  9. Conduct Budget tracking and financial forecasting
  10. Conduct Public relations.
Qualifications:
  1. Background in either business analyst, project analyst, project management, administration or a related field required.
  2. Understands the Activity- on- Node and Project Network methodologies
  3. Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
  4. Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
  5. Experience with stakeholder and financial management.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
